Biografia regista / Director Biography
Aaron Chan si è laureato alla Vancouver Film School con una specializzazione in scrittura cinematografica. Il suo cortometraggio “On the Bus” è stato proiettato in diversi festival internazionali tra cui il Melbourne Queer Film Festival, il Gay & Lesbian International Film Festival di Grenoble e il Vancouver Queer Film Festival. Aaron ha anche realizzato una serie di mini documentari per “Playing It Safe”, un progetto promosso dalla YouthCO AIDS Society e dal National Film Board of Canada per ridurre il rischio di contagio HIV tra i giovani di strada. Inoltre Aaron ha diretto diversi corti tra cui “Stay, Cure(d)”
From Vancouver, Canada, Aaron Chan is a graduate of Vancouver Film School’s one-year Screenwriting program, and his short film, On the Bus, has screened at several international festivals, including the Melbourne Queer Film Festival, Gay & Lesbian International Film Festival in Grenoble, and the Vancouver Queer Film Festival. Aaron has also made a number of documentary shorts with the “Playing It Safe” project, a series of films organized by YouthCO AIDS Society and the National Film Board of Canada promoting harm reduction amongst street youth. In addition, Aaron has written and directed several short films including Stay, Cure(d)
