Biografia della regista
Dopo aver lavorato per un decennio come attrice teatrale in Irlanda e nel Regno Unito, Sarah-Jane ha lavorato assistente della produttrice Kathleen Kennedy (Presidente di Lucasfilm) per il film candidato all’Oscar “War Horse” (2012), diretto da Steven Spielberg. Ha continuato a collaborare con Kathleen Kennedy e suo marito, il produttore Frank Marshall (The Bourne Series, Jurassic World, Raiders of the Lost Ark) fino al 2015.
Il suo cortometraggio più recente, “Róisín Dubh”, è stato presentato in anteprima al Kerry Film Festival e vede la partecipazione di Timothy V. Murphy (True Detective, Sons of Anarchy) e l’attrice vincitrice del Tony Award Marie Mullen.
Il suo primo lungometraggio è attualmente in fase di sviluppo nell’ambito del New Writing Scheme di Screen Ireland.

134 is the story of an Irish couple struggling to cope with their child’s gender identity.
Director Biography
After a decade working as an award-winning theatre actor in Ireland and the UK, Sarah-Jane was hired as assistant to producer Kathleen Kennedy (President, Lucasfilm) on the Academy Award nominated film War Horse (2012), directed by Steven Spielberg. She continued to assist Kennedy and her husband, producer Frank Marshall (The Bourne Series, Jurassic World, Raiders of the Lost Ark) until 2015.
Her most recent short film Róisín Dubh premiered at the Kerry Film Festival and stars Timothy V. Murphy (True Detective, Sons of Anarchy) and Tony Award winning actress Marie Mullen.
Her debut feature is currently being developed as part of Screen Ireland’s New Writing Scheme.
